What are our minimum order quantities?

Our MOQs run between 300 and 720 pieces, depending on the item.

What are our lead-times?

Generally, our lead-times on initial order and reorder deliveries run about 8 weeks. Please always let us know ahead of time if you have a special event deadline you are looking to meet so we can prioritize artwork, production, etc. accordingly.

How do I get started on a project?

Please give us a call! We’ll be happy to review product ideas, minimums, and ballpark pricing with you. The next step is to pull together reference and electronic images for our in-house art department so they can get started on your custom design

What kind of art files do you need for reference?

We prefer vector files such as .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or high resolution images (at least 300 dpi) for art reference.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped FOB San Clemente, CA. Standard UPS Ground shipping will be made on each order, unless other arrangements are requested.
